We’re confident you’ll love your RITZY pieces as much as we do, but if you need to make a return or exchange, we’ve got you covered. Here’s how:

Exchanges
If the sizing doesn’t work, we’re happy to exchange your item or provide store credit if the size you want is unavailable. Here’s what you need to do:

1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at **[email] or DM us on Instagram, including your order number, reason for exchange, and desired size.
2. Return the item in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, and with all tags attached—within 3 days. Shipping costs for the return will be at your expense.
3. Once we receive the item and confirm everything is in order, we’ll process your exchange as quickly as possible (please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable).

Faulty Items:
We take great care in ensuring our jewelry is of the highest quality, but if you receive a faulty item, let us know right away! Email us within 3 days of receiving your order, and we’ll send you a replacement or issue store credit. Don’t worry—we’ll cover all costs associated with the return and replacement.

*Please note:* We do not accept returns based on personal preferences. Our website provides full images and videos of our products to help you make an informed decision. However, we offer exchanges as described above if the product doesn’t meet your expectations.
