Refund policy
We want you to love your Ritzy jewellery. If you are not fully satisfied, you can return or exchange your order within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Please contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order, with your order number and a photo of the item.
- [Permanent bracelets and earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and custom fitting reasons, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.]
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a photo within a day of delivery and we will replace it at no extra cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the returned item, your refund will be sent within [5 to 7] working days by [bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash]. Delivery charges are non-refundable, and [the customer pays the return courier charges unless the item was damaged or incorrect].
