Products and pricing

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We try to show our products as accurately as possible, but colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Prices and availability can change without notice.

Orders

After you place an order, we may contact you by call or WhatsApp to confirm it. We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the details are incomplete, or the order cannot be confirmed.

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery all over Pakistan. Please pay the full amount to the courier when your parcel arrives.

Shipping and returns

Delivery and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and our Return & Exchange Policy.

Product care

Our jewellery is water resistant and tarnish resistant. To keep it looking its best, avoid direct contact with perfume and harsh chemicals. Damage caused by misuse is not covered under returns.

All photos, designs and text on this website belong to Ritzy Official and may not be used without our permission.

Liability

Ritzy Official is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or events outside our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
