Our jewellery is made from premium stainless steel with an 18k gold plated finish, so it is water resistant and tarnish resistant. It is designed for everyday wear. To keep the shine for longer, avoid spraying perfume or using harsh chemicals directly on it.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our pieces are hypoallergenic and skin friendly, so they are comfortable to wear all day, even on sensitive skin.
What if the ring does not fit me?
Our rings are adjustable, so you can gently resize them to fit your finger. If you are unsure about the size of any other item, message us before ordering and we will guide you.
How long does delivery take and what are the charges?
Orders in Karachi are delivered within 1 to 2 working days. For the rest of Pakistan, delivery takes 3 to 5 working days. Delivery charges are Rs. 250, and delivery is free on all orders above Rs. 5,000.
Can I pay with Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available all over Pakistan, so you only pay when the parcel reaches your doorstep.
What if I want to return my order or receive a damaged item?
We offer an easy 7-day return policy. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will sort it out for you. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.
